Why do we have an eStore for branded merchandise?
Since our employees are spread across Texas, we wanted to streamline the process of ordering apparel and merchandise in all markets. With this new site we have more products and color choices available. Our Branch Managers will now have access to branded promo items through this eStore as well.
Placing Orders
Can employees purchase items for personal use?
Yes! Employees may purchase any item with a personal credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Who is authorized to order branded merchandise for bank use?
Branch Managers, Marketing and HR are the only employees authorized to order branded promotional merchandise using bank funds. Orders should be made on an as-needed basis and should be exclusively used for bank-sponsored events, giveaways, sponsorships, client/customer gifts or for use in customer-facing situations. Each Authorized User has been provided with a budget for this purpose and these funds are not to be ordered items for personal use.
What if I want to order or create a branded item that is not currently shown on the site?
The marketing department has a contractual relationship with the merchandise vendor who administers this store. All merchandise or apparel requests for items that do not yet exist i must be submitted to HR or Marketing for review and approval. If management approves the idea or request, then marketing will work directly with our contracted merchandise vendor to source the item and place it on the store for future orders. This process ensures that:
- Costs and quality are controlled on all merchandise orders.
- The Texas Bank and Trust brand is represented correctly and consistently on all merchandise.
Billing
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Gift card codes are supplied via the HR department to purchase apparel items. Gift card codes are supplied via Marketing to those authorized users to purchase branded promotional items for bank use.
When does my credit card get charged?
Credit cards will be charged at the time you place your order.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with the credit card I used?
Yes. For credit card verification, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. However, the shipping address you wish to ship to does not need to match your billing or credit card address. All orders will be sent to branch locations, which you may select at checkout.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Email TBTstore@proforma.com for any necessary changes. Change requests must be made by Friday of the week you place your order. Please note that changes may affect delivery timing.
Shipping & Delivery
If a product is in stock, how long will it take to receive my order?
APPAREL
Apparel items purchased the 1st - 15th of each month will deliver by the last day of the month. Example; Order April 10th, order will deliver by 4/30 to branch location
Apparel items purchased from the 16th to the end of the month will deliver by the 15th of the next month. Example; order placed April 25th will have goods delivered by 5/15 to branch location
If a product is out of stock, how long will it take to receive my order?
If an item is out of stock, that means the product is currently being manufactured and should be received within 2–4 weeks (depending on the specific item).

Do I have to pay for shipping on my order?
We want to make employee orders easy and affordable, so shipping costs on employee orders are waived. Please note that to save the bank on shipping costs, orders must be delivered to one of the branch locations listed in the shopping cart, as it is more cost efficient to ship to business addresses rather than private residences.
If something is wrong with my product, how do I return or exchange it?
Please email TBTstore@proforma.com for any issues with orders. Damages and shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery.
